Dispatch Email Notification
We aim to provide as much information as possible to enable you to track your order and to ensure that your delivery is not delayed because no one is available at your address to sign for and accept it. Items that are in stock and ordered Monday to Friday are normally dispatched within 2 working days. (note Out of stock items may have a lead time of up to six weeks)
If you require delivery to be on a specific day please contact us to confirm prior to placing the order.
Delivery charges are stated in the shopping cart and by the shipping estimator within our website.
On the rare occasion that your chosen product is out of stock we will, where possible, supply an equivalent or better product in place of it at no extra charge to you.
Larger extinguishers are delivered with there respective discharge horns or hoses unattached. It is the customers responsibillity to connect these before putting the extinguisher/s into use.
Any shortfalls and or damaged on arrival goods must be reported to us within 2 working days accompanied with photographic evidence. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim against us. You must check the items before signing for the delivery to ensure that you are happy with the items ordered and that they are in a fit to use state.
We only accept returns for goods that are found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery. Businesses selling to other businesses are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations.
If you wish to return a damaged product, you have 7 days from the day following delivery to return it to us. You must contact us by email and supply photographic evidence within 24 hours of the item being delivered to obtain Authorisation.
You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.
Upon receiving the returned goods we will check and inspect the goods. If we deem appropriate, photographic evidence will be taken.
Only if the goods are not as described or damaged will we refund you (within 7 working days of our receipt of the returned goods) in full less postage costs incurred, as stated above.
Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made whatsoever.
Most of our products carry a manufacturers warranty for defects in manufacturing and or materials. The warranty period commenced when the item is received by you. This does not cover accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed. It also does not cover fair wear and tear. All goods should be maintained in line with the manufacturer instructions. The warranty is only valid for the original owner. The statutory rights of the purchaser are not affected by the warranty.
